Newly opened in the often negligible The Weld, Brevis prides itself with its own unique take on specialty coffee: Air infusion coffee maker - as seen in bottom far left of the picture above. To put the words in an accessible manner, the air infusion brewer introduces air as an 'agent of turbulence' in enhancing the process of coffee/tea extraction, thus producing beverages that's tastefully rich and intensely aromatic.
