#72 The Bearded Lady
Few weeks back, I went to this vintage cafe called 'The Bearded Lady'. Such cute name for a female with hirsutism..(seriously, what's the matter with me?). Anyways, the interior decoration of the cafe is widely influenced by the Malaysian 'kampung' scene, as evident by its 'Kampung' wall art, rustic wooden furnitures, and a Kebaya dress ornament.
A taste of nostalgia through its rich display of antiques and knick-knacks.
Check out the story-book wall menu....
Tried the 'Sumbat' croissant and 'Lady Selasih', a syrup drink infused with basil seed that's refreshingly cool.
Lastly, The Last Polka's Salted Gula Melaka to wash it all down....
